Our no risk remake policy assures you that if a newly inserted appliance does not fit, function or in any way fails to meet you or your patients expectations we will repair, remake or replace the appliance with absolutely no laboratory fee for up to a period of 1 month after insertion.
Prostec Laboratories expressly warrants that all dental devices are made according to the product specifications.
Prostec Laboratories will, subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails due to faulty workmanship or materials, repair or replace the device without charge or refund the original price paid, at the Laboratories discretion, as follows
Occlusal Splints – 6 months
Playsafe Mouthguards – 12 months
Snoring and OSA Appliances – 6 months
Whitening and Orthodontics – 6 months
